Mail-In Instructions and Address

BY PURCHASING YOU ARE AGREEING THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED MAIL. ITEMS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED IN FULL OR IN PART REGARDLESS OF TRACKING, SCAN, OR LACK THEROF.

IT IS YOUR PERSONAL CHOICE TO MAIL THESE ITEMS WITH OR WITHOUT TRACKING AND YOU DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Step One - Purchase Ticket

Purchase your ticket through this site. Make sure to add an inscription ticket if you want an inscription.

Step Two - Prep Order 

All items will be removed from their original packaging. This means your label must be directly on the item itself. ​

Cards and Flats- Write your name on a sticky note and affix it directly to the back of the item. Make sure you put a sticky note on the front of the item showing where you want it signed, the pen color, inscription, and if you want a COA.

Balls, Bats, Helmets, Jerseys, and Anything Not Flat- Sticky notes fall off of these items. Please use painter's tape to attach a piece of paper on to your item. Make sure you include your information and show where you want the item signed, color, inscription, and any COA.

Step Three - Return Postage 

You will not be refunded or provided a replacement item if they are lost by any mail service. All items must have a return SASE. Your package will not ship back until the signing is complete. If the signing gets rescheduled it could take awhile. We reserve the right to return packages whenever needed. In that case, the customer is responsible for any return shipping incurred. If you do not send return postage you will be billed the shipping and handling fee plus $15.

Step Four - Follow Deadlines 

Make sure to send in your item before the deadline for all items.

*We will not refund for the quality of the signature. We cannot control how someone will sign their name. We will not refund or replace your item if you are unhappy of the quality of signature.

*Make sure you prep your card. We will not refund or replace for bubbling or smearing on the surface of your item.

Use the address on your ticket. The address may change for each signing.
